Shipping and Deliveries information

Deliveries within the UK

All orders are processed and despatched from our 90,000 sq foot warehouse the same day we receive them. Delivery options to your door:

Next day delivery before 12pm - £4.99 (On orders placed before 5.00pm Monday to Friday - Signature required)

Standard delivery (2-5 working days) - £3.49 (Signature required)

FREE delivery on all orders over £40.00 (Courier delivered next working day before 12pm, on orders placed before 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Signature required).

Orders placed at the weekend for next day delivery will be dispatched on Monday morning for Tuesday morning delivery

Deliveries outside the UK

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

Returns and cancellations

If you need to return anything for any reason, no problem. Simply email us from the contact details page with your order number, which products you want to return and the reason for returning them. Alternatively call our customer helpline on 0800 220280 (option 3) and you will be given a returns reference. We will either arrange for the goods to be collected at a cost of £10 or you can return yourself via recorded delivery. A full refund for the goods will be given provided they have been unopened. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
